upon arriving we were promised a complimentary glass of prosecco to which we didn't receive. i had booked 2 cocktails as part of my booking, which weren't mentioned at all. until i had to go and ask to which i was told i'm sorry we don't do them, to
which i still haven't received a refund. i normally use just the aspire lounge and decided to use the aspire plus lounge this time round which i will not be doing again.
