Very slow service yet again in the plus lounge
We each ordered bacon sandwiches which took more than 20 minutes to arrive, even at a non peak time.
We discovered they were given to another customer who arrived after us.
Difficult to understand how this happened since there were only 6 other people in the Plus lounge at that time
