I was disappointed on arrival to find the lounge very busy and took a while to book in. Once inside I discovered that my party of six were unable to sit together and as the main point of booking was to enable our family to sit together this made me very disappointed. After an hour four of us were able to find seats together however, I feel that this was not the outcome that I expected on booking.
