I am comparing our experience to the lounge at Edinburgh airport which was fantastic. In comparison:
The food & drink selection was paltry.
The lounge was uncomfortably cold
There were no charging points for mobile phones etc
At the desk the staff were unhelpful. The customer service was appalling (the staff inside the lounge were nice)
The set up of the lounge was more of a cafe than a lounge. Not very comfortable.
