Staff were rude, couldn't be bothered to serve us or even acknowledge us when we came in. We felt like an inconvenience and like we were being naughty asking for a drink!
We took a bottle of tonic water for the plane and were chased out of the lounge like we were thieves! Ridiculous! The lounge was nice in itself but the staff were horrendous.
