They did not give a refund of GBP 5.25 when I sent them the details of an offer on www.trustdeals.com which was offering a better rate than them.
I found the lounges at Heathrow at T3 to offer better value for money as they not only charge lower rates but offer free shower whereas there was and addiontal charge of GSP 20 for use of shower at Aspire T5.
