Mostly friendly staff. Some of the woman were a bit bad-tempered. Good choice of drinks and snacks. Bread was dry though. It was far too crowded at midday with too many clubcard holders etc being allowed in. No seating was available and we had payed £85. It was crowded and noisy. Our flight was delayed and a lovely man let us stay until it boarded so that made it a more positive experience. It was quiet by this point. I don't think I would pay all that money again unfortunately. The first class lounge at Euston station was relaxing and more comfortable which is surely the aim.
