Queue for toilet...hand blower not working...no toilet roll or hand towels
Queue for drinks....poor selection of food..pasta poor.......small portions of ham/cheese...very difficult to queue with suitcases (travelling alone)... Cake stale...coffee cold...
Very loud use of mobiles phones.....tables uncleared....I could go on....!
