Staff were very pleasant and readily available to serve drinks.
Toilets were spotless.
Lounge was not overcrowded although it was a Friday early evening.
Sandwiches ran out completely within an hour of our slot.
Definitely not acceptable and ridiculous .
Three quarters of the seating area was not allowed to be used. Also not necessary , was cordoned off by chairs preventing you entering the seating area.
