We had a very poor experience in this lounge. It was very busy. Tables hadn't been cleared from previous travellers. We had to sit at a table with dirty dishes initially. I'm not sure if they were short staffed. There was a long queue for the bar service. There were no clean glasses and we were served Gin and Tonic in beer glasses. The food was extremely poor. There was a choice of two pasta dishes, macaroni cheeses and cheese with mushroom. Both were incredibly bland and not really edible. We had a bowl of tomato soup and a not very fresh white barm cake.
We were travelling abroad for a special occasion and had booked the lounge to make our trip more special.
All in all it's probably the worst experience we have ever had in an airport lounge and clearly not the start to our trip we were hoping for.
