There were tables reserved for customers who turned up 1:40 late yet all other customers couldn't use these seats resulting in overcrowding in other areas with large empty spaces, your staff couldn't decide how long to keep the reservation open for. This lounge should be on a first come first serve basis as all customers are paying the same amount. Queues for hot food and only a limited choice of alcoholic beverages.
