was no hot food as stated just 2 croissants ceral or choice of apples or oranges this was all the food that was available the cabinets was dirty greasy and chipped made it feel cheap and tacky and we only got 45 mins to use the louge even tho we was one of the first to check in our luggage by time got through security we only had one hour 15
mins left then the receptionists at your louge took a further 20 mins to serve the customer infront of me as they had no idea how to process them and then 15'mins to work out how to scan my e ticket! it couldnt of been a worst experience the staff had no clue what they was doing wasted most of my time and the food that was on offer was minimal for the cost i could of gone anywhere else had same amount of drinks i had time to drink plus full english breakfast and still saved money! i ended up with a bowl of cereal and 2 drinks for my £20+ on top of all that i dressed appropriately according to your rules to find out i was sitting next to a man in a tracksuit and a baseball cap! both according to your site not acceptable?!
