Overcrowded, nowhere to sit, queue of people with a variety of international 'lounge' passes haggling with the poor guy at the door. Couldn't get an alcoholic drink......."we don't serve at 1000"....couldn't be bothered to argue.
We assumed as in other lounges that if one booked the lounge would have some sort of regulation of numbers so it would be less crowded than the open terminal, this was not the case, you need tomake this exclusive not a cash cow. Ditch the massage area and provide more seating. This experience will not be repeated
