The lounge was a big disappointment, clearly over booked there were no spare seats. Me and other guests could not get drinks as there were no glasses, were ignored at the tiny bar by the people behind the doors. When one lady did appear she had an awful attudude (like we were ruining her day by asking for a glass) food ran out. No announcements, no toilets without leaving the lounge. So so not worth £34.
Having used No 1 lounges for £10 less I would never use Aspire again.
