Overbooked for the time we were in the lounge and not enough staff.
Extremely long queue for the bar due to only having one bar tender, empty food buffet that was never filled and dirty tables.
Had great experiences in other lounges at MIA but not this one. Disappointed doesn't cut it, won't be booking again.
