Facilities felt tired (e.g. Toilets), and the lounge felt a bit grubby. The hot food took quite some time to replenish. Drinks being served by one member of staff leading to queues. Overall, didn't feel like an experience worthy of the price paid.
Last time I used the facilities, I was travelling Business class and the separate lounge offered far better facilities and had a quality feel.
I won't be relating the Aspire Lounge experience - the facilities in the Airport are better
