Food selection was poor. Chicken and a veg curry. Nothing child friendly until we were leaving (curry was too spicy for my son) no soup available. Online drinks menus stated Heineken was available, only Tiger beer when we arrived.
My son spilt some food on the floor, we asked for a dustpan and brush to clean it up. To be told 'no we don't have 1' turns out the lady wasn't actually listening to us after we explain again.
Staff were not very friendly or welcoming. As I was ordering a drink I was asked to 'stop them doing that' my son and another little girl playing nicely albeit a little excited to be going on an aeroplane.
We booked this lounge so we had a safe and secure environment for our son before our flight where he could have some dinner with us and relax. It was very clear children were not welcome into the lounge despite us paying for a child to enter. Not a single smile off the staff, or a conversation asking where we were holidaying. Nothing. Very very disappointed.
