I think you should be aware that we were pretty disappointed when we visited the Aspire Lounge at Gatwick North on 9 September. We are used to visiting airport lounges and think that this was the worst so far. In the spirit of constructive criticism, to help Aspire aspire to get its act together, here are some comments...
On our arrival the welcome was half-hearted and there was no explanation of the facilities
The carpet was revoltingly dirty, the lounge was scruffy.
The wine was nasty, almost undrinkable
The food was adequate except for the scrambled eggs, which were probably made from powdered egg
The best half of the seating was reserved, but remained empty during our stay (2 and a half hours).
We felt that we were being fobbed off with an experience that was barely adequate
