Staff were wonderful they are the only good thing about this lounge
Food is just dreadful. Really bad. You spending just a few more quid here would make such a massive difference
Washrooms have poor hand drying facilities you need to replace those hand dryers with ones that are fast and hygienic. We've put PHS Airstream Whisper in our office and they are brilliant and only a few quid a month if you rent them
