No beer and nowhere to sit. I do not see the point in paying £250 per year for Priority Pass membership when I am kept waiting at reception desk, whilst people who have bought a one off admission are prioritised ahead of me and treated to prime seating. The lounge was out of beer "due to supplier issues".
The receptionist tried her best to be accommodating and was eventually successful, but first impressions are lasting ones and her hands were tied by protocols.
