Extremely disappointing. A long queue to get in with a high walk-up so what was the point of booking in advance - surely a separate queue for those with bookings could be accomodated rather than have to wait for payments to be processed etc?
The quality and choice of food was very poor.
The lounge was packed with little or no organisation. How on earth can you accept a booking of 18 people in such a small room at a peak time?
I left the lounge early and I shall definitely not return.
