The lounge was dirty, tables and floors. By 7pm there was no Gin left and the food was inedible. It was noisy from the lady behind the counter throwing glass bottles into a bin behind the counter.
You should have your own mystery shopper experience to fully understand what your customers are experiencing.
The only positive was that it was empty and there where plenty of places to sit. It was not worth £49 and I'm not sure I'd do it again. It's a shame as it's a nice way to start a holiday.
