Nice lounge but looking a little tired. Could be made better by having less sachets of food and cutlery instead of sticks to stir your tea. Lampshades are all lopsided and looking Brown at the edges. People on phones taking loudly in quiet area. Children running around and group of people in sportswear looking like they were off to a stag. It could do with a maitre 'd to organise staff and to keep an eye on things and check in with customers. This would bring it to a better level of service.
