Staff were very kind and accommodating, in spite of the rudeness of some customers. Unlimited alcohol a good bonus and food was tasty. However, it was very limited and not displayed in a very appetising way.
Most of the seats were reserved for guests from specific airlines so there was barely anywhere to sit - really takes the mick when you've paid out of pocket for the service. Overall not that impressed and wouldn't pay for this again.
