We arrived at airport on Saturday 9th September & went up to aspire lounge at 12.30, & we were met with a notice outside the lounge doors to say they were fully booked !!
We were so disappointed as we had pre booked .
We had to go back downstairs to the airport & buy food & drink , even though we had paid £50 for the executive lounge .
As you can imagine , it wasn't a good start to our holiday .
People were paying at the door which meant pre booked customers were turned away .
This needs to be addressed & a better system out in place as I would not like anybody else to go through what happened to us .
