Upon booking the lounge, which was booked because our trip was for a birthday celebration so wanted to start our weekend away in the lounge, I was presented with an online menu of the beverages you serve and what food options were available when we were due to come. When we arrived at the lounge and went to the bar we were greeted with not only a rude member of staff who quite frankly looked like she could not be bothered and had zero customer service skills but we were informed they only had 1 type of beer available, no wine and no tonic water for Gin. Also felt that the food options were very poor when we got there, sandwiches or pasta. Really disappointed with this experience considering I paid £50 for us to be there.
