On our visit from 11am, the breakfast had just finished and we found that the restocking of all the buffet was very slow. Things ran out quickly and you had to keep asking for new stocks We were made to feel that we were lucky being 'given' this service, when we had, in fact, paid in advance. A more customer friendly attitude of the staff would have been welcome.
