We used T2 lounge earlier in the year and were very pleased with the experience. As now flying from T1 booked the lounge. We were looking forward to using the lounge but were really disapointed. The food was constantly running out so when a dish was replenished it disappeared immediatly meaning rather than having a meal, each dish had to be eaten as and when it was available. There was a perminent long queue at the bar and even the drinks were running out. For dessert one type of cake was available, cut into small squares which disappeared at the speed of light!!. The staff were very busy as was the lounge but surely operating a booking system gives a good idea of the amount of food required yet virtually everything was running out.
We were VERY disapointed.
