On my last visit 23/9/17 the lounge was over booked. People were being turned away as no seating available. Customers were very disappointed, were asked to return in an hour or apply for a refund. I eventually got access after about a 20 minute wait.
I booked with Aspire Direct, I did try to contact to find out why the lounge was over booked, but no one available at weekends.
So on the visit it was not good, but normally a great value for money experience with freindly staff.
