I have used this lounge several times and it is always too full to get a seat - there is a time allocation feature when booking so I don't understand why you are ever over capacity? I book this lounge to work comfortably before my flight, and I couldn't do this on this occasion, nor could I access the power points.
On top of this, the food is not the best quality nor quantity and most of the staff running the area are rude and/or unhelpful.
