The food was left out for far too long and the daytime menu had very little choice for hot food, two types of pasta. Both were hard and had been out for a long time. The cold food was sandwiches that consisted of white rolls only and a few types of fillings. This was not what was advertised on the website, then you go back and check and in small print at the bottom of the page it states that the menu is subject to change at various times subject to availablity. We complained about this and got nowhere.
On top of this the lounge was freezing and everyone in the lounge had complained, the staff told me that the temp is maintained by the airport, yet we when in to the lounge next door and it was definitely far warmer.
We spoke to the costumer service dept who basically fobbed me off with various excuses. This is not the experience we were expecting and we had booked this as part of our send off for our parents who were moving to Spain. We feel very disappointed and will not be using this lounge again, nor will we be recommending it to anyone else. We will also be posting this review on trip advisor.
