Good reception by staff despite being busy. Check in was fast and smooth. Hard to find a seat. Had to sit on the not so comfy stools by phone charging station. There was a comfy booth that was reserved...not aware that you can reserve a spot. Had a very expensive shower although understandably if it was cheaper it would too be crowded. Not even a shower cap included in the price. A wet bath mat from a previous client not cleared away. Food offerings were okay for the price.
