First point of contact being the lady on reception didn’t make me feel welcome and hardly spoke or smiled. Only hot food available in the morning is toast would have liked maybe a wider selection but for the money I paid it was worth it. I would definitely book the lounge again. It’s a relaxing area away from the airport traffic.
