Hi... we booked for four and arrived approximately 2 1/2 hours before our flight to Las Vegas, we was hoping for some relaxation before the long flight.
On arrival we booked in at the counter and everything was explained to us very politely. But when we entered the lounge it was very clearly over crowded, many people stood waiting for a seat. When seats did become available it was a rush of people rather than an organised seating arrangement.
Unfortunately the experience has put us off booking this particular lounge again.
