Certainly a better environment than the normal waiting area. However we were a bit disappointed with one or two things. It was quite crowded which shows how popular it is, but also means it isn't as relaxing as you would hope. The correct crockery wasn't immediately available - who uses bowls for muffins and scones? Only small tea plates were available for the hot food. The staff were working hard but I think understaffed for the volume of business and couldn't keep up. So overall, acceptable up to a point but based on the pictures on the web site a bit disappointing.
