I think the lounge has massively improved since early last year the decor is so much better and less cramped..... Just a pity about the lady greeting people on entry a smile would not have gone amiss.... OK it was 6am and she might not have wanted to be in work but it is the start of a well earned holiday for most people... That's why I have only give a 3, The lounge itself, choice of drinks and the rest of the staff were fabulous
