"After checking in and going to the lounge an alarm went off 30 mins in to our lounge, visit, we lost over an hour of our experience, after being taken out of the lounge into the airport. After they found the problem we had to go back through check in. The reason we took the vip was to hide from my sister who was traveling to Mexico with a party of 11 for her 60th birthday. We booked up without telling her, and stayed next to the airport at the Doubletree near Hilton hotel, so we could check in early, as we knew she was traveling down from Scotland. We had wanted to surprise her at the plane. Unfortunately we were spotted in our 2nd time through the checkout and our surprise was ruined. Not great, but things happen sometimes.
