I booked the lounge and when I arrived after security I was informed that the lounge was closing in 30 plus minutes and my flight was not until 21-30 pm So I then had to move to the normal lounge upstairs which was very busy and noisy.
I paid £22 for this and even the very pleasant staff were concerned and stated I should request a refund.
