Lack of interest & direction from staff. Uncomfortable seating without much choice - we sat beneath a TV that was on with no-one watching. Better seating and ambiance cordoned off for other airlaine use but totally unoccupied.
We have visited other Aspire Lounges, unfortunately the Mancheseter Aspoire was not up to expectations.
