Was quite disappointed with my first visit with my wife to the lounge. Checking in process was smooth but trying to find a table that was not cleared(and there were many!!).
The lounge was cold and I asked a member of staff to turn the heating up, well that never happened.
Also the selection of food although good we were missing plates and cutlery.
Eating sausage with a spoon is difficult. Then we were told that due to lack of staff they could not keep up with demand.
Will think twice about using Aspire in the future.
