1. Waited a long time to book in, new staff member trying his best the supervisor was little to no help.
2. Very crowded.
3. Tables a mess, I had to ask for a cloth to wipe the table
4 I was told it was due to shifts changing when clearly the supervisor was standing round chatting to 3 other staff members.
5 food was poor quality.
I always book a lounge when traveling having worked 18 years for an airline but will not use BRS again thankfully I was only there for a hour.
Your manager/ supervisor needs a lot more training.
