The only problem I had was it took me a while to get in, as there was no one at the desk, then when someone did come, they wasn't sure what to do as they were only covering and the man in front of me had a problem with his ticket, but once I got in, the few staff I saw were very nice, food and drink ok, problem with wifi not working which seemed to be a bug bearer with most people, overall experience just ok nothing to shout about, think no1 lounge has the appropriate name lol.
