Too many people booked into the lounge when an area of the lounge had already been reserved for a specific airline , not ours , so we were first told where we couldn't sit .
The supposedly 'hot food ' wasn't even warm and the bread rolls were very dry .
WE WILL NOT BE USING THIS FACILITY AGAIN .
