You had over sold the lounge. We were the last ones in. Others were turned away saying you were full.
We were crammed onto a table with other people. And the venue remained rammed with people until 10 minutes before we left at 9:45.
Not a relaxing experience at all.
Breakfast was average, would have got better value for money in the terminal. Will not use you again, its put us off completely.
You sell the place on an executive experience. Its nothing of the sort. Its just a scam.
I gave it 1 star because i could not give it zero.
