Far too crowded. Too many people pushed into perhaps 2/3rds of the room. The other part of the room was empty most of the time and being kept for another airline.
Food. The bread was dry, the eggs and bacon the same.
The coffee machine was out of order for quite a while.
Staff were pleasant but not very friendly.
