This was not an executive experience it was more like a works canteen and poor at that,it was very cramped, and whilst sitting at the only available table we were asked to make room for complete strangers to sit with us and have breakfast this is not what I paid for, this applied to other couples, also there was a large area cordoned off for a future Singapore airline for nearly an hour, with only 6 people eventually sitting there, there are 4 hot dishes to remove food from laid out in a square shape and not in a straight line so when you remove a lid to get hot food there is nowhere to put the lid other than on top off one of the other dishes so people were queuing. Also the staff walking round stacking dirty pots on a trolley in between cramped tables was just awful. Unless it was a freebie, I would not risk paying for another Aspire experience because I’m not confident it was a one off.
