The family use this lounge every time we go on holiday and usually are very good. This time was awful and really think a refund should be given.
My son made himself a bacon roll and half way through realised it was mouldy. When we looked at all the other rolls on the side they were all mouldy too. Not good. Others were complaining too. When we told a member of staff there was no apology and just that we'd have to wait til she defrosted some more!
Even the lady on the front desk didn't seem worried.
For an exclusive lounge you pay extra for this should not be happening, if we'd have gone to Macdonalds you wouldn't get mouldy rolls!
