It was closed and we weren’t able to access for our family celebration on Christmas Eve
Waited for up to 15 mins outside a closed door with staff visible on other side with no information then to be told could t be allowed access and try again in 45 mins with no certainty of access or refund
Ruined the start of a wonderful festive treat.
