Arrived at 8pm with my family who had not ate due to lounge purchase. 1 bowl of bland pasta "sorry we close at 9pm and we have been really busy, hence no food".
Informed to contact head office to complain..... had 13 hour journey ahead of me. Last thing I want to do is contact head office to complain. In short.....awful.
