Lounge was nice, comfortable, food and drink was of a good standard. My only issue was that we were chased out before 10.30am when we had booked until 11.
I understand it was Christmas Day though and staff want to get home. But to tell us we were going to miss a plane that wasn’t even close to boarding was unfair. We’d paid to not have to wait for an hour in the main departure lounge.
Hopefully will be 5 stars next time. And there will be a next time.
